High Pressure Dryers ZEKS SCFX and SS Series

19 Models, 30-3,550 SCFM

In response to compressed air system demand, the dryer refrigeration system automatically cycles on and off to cool a thermal storage media. This cold media exchanges heat with the compressed air within a stainless steel heat exchanger, thereby cooling the compressed air and condensing out moisture.

ZEKS SCFX and SS Series refrigerated dryers are engineered specifically for use in compressed air systems that operate at pressures greater than 200 psig.

High Temperature non-cycling dryer HTB Series

6 Models, 15-100 SCFM

HTB Series High Temperature dryers feature engineered components designed to dry compressed air up to 200 degrees F. Included with the HTB Series dryers is an integral aftercooler/separator, which eliminates the need to place and maintain these components ahead of the air dryer. These dryers also feature a microprocessor controller, coalescing filter and automatic drain, resulting in a complete air drying solution for high temperature applications.

Alternate Cooling Source Dryers

20 Models, 500-19,200 SCFM

ZEKS CDAW Alternate Cooling Source Dryers use chilled water or a water/glycol mixture as the cooling energy source for compressed air drying. ZEKS CDAN models are designed to use ammonia. The customer-supplied cooling media is connected to the dryer’s chiller exchanger, cooling the compressed air and condensing out moisture, thereby drying the compressed air. Condensate is removed from the dryer via a pneumatic no air-loss drain.
