Heatless Dryers

ZMA Modular Series Heatless Regeneration

3-177 SCFM

ZEKS ZMA Modular Heatless Purge Dryers remove moisture from compressed air to achieve dew points to -40 degrees F. ZMA dryers feature low operating noise and compact design ideal for laboratory of point-of-use applications. A dual-function base enables 3ZMA-15ZMA models to be wall mounted. ZMA Modular Heatless Desiccant Dryers use desiccant media in a twin-column design and a process of heatless desiccant regeneration to make available very dry air for critical applications. Proprietary shuttle valves alternate flow between the two columns for simultaneous drying and desiccant regeneration, delivering a continuous supply of dry compressed air. Dryer operation is automatically controlled by an electronic controller. 11 models, 3-177 SCFM

Heatless Purge Desiccant Dryer ZPB Eclipse

19 Models, 90-5,000 SCFM

ZEKS ZPB Eclipse Heatless Purge Dryers remove moisture from compressed air to achieve dew points from -40 degrees F to as low as -100 degrees F. The ZPB’s simple yet thoughtful design uses dry air to regenerate the desiccant media and requires minimal maintenance. Reliable, switching valves alternate flow between the two towers for simultaneous drying and desiccant regeneration for a continuous supply of dry compressed air. Dryer operation is automatically controlled by a reliable solid state controller or optional digital controller that provides energy savings operation and connectivity for remote communications.

Hydronix Heatless Purge Desiccant Dryers

4 Models, 20-60 SCFM

ZEKS MPS Hydronix Heatless Purge Dryers remove moisture from compressed air to achieve dew points from -40 degrees F to as low as -100 degrees F. The compact design of the MPS Series enables placement at point-of-use or where space is limited.

Heated Dryers

Heated Purge Desiccant Dryer ZHA Eclipse

18 Models, 150-8,000 SCFM

ZEKS ZHA Eclipse Heated Purge Dryers remove moisture from compressed air to achieve dew points from -40 degrees F to as low as -100 degrees F. The ZHA uses heated purge air for desiccant media regeneration to minimize the volume of dry compressed air required therefore saving energy. Regeneration air temperature is raised via the on-board heater to reduce regeneration volume requirements. Dryer operation is automatically controlled by a reliable digital controller that provides connectivity for remote communications.

Purge Dryers

Blower Purge Desiccant Dryer ZBA Eclipse

18 Models, 150-8,000 SCFM

ZEKS ZBA Eclipse Blower Purge Dryers remove moisture from compressed air to achieve dew points to -40 degrees F. The ZBA provides its own source of regeneration air, permitting the full air compressor output to be available downstream. Dryer operation is controlled by a reliable digital controller that provides connectivity for remote communications.
